Spa Guidelines
How can I make a reservation?
You may make an online reservation by clicking the "Reserve Online" button on the top of the page, or by contacting our Ladies and Gentlemen at rc.sinrz.spa@ritzcarlton.com or at +65 6434 5203. Your credit card information and contact details are required in order to secure your reservation. In-house guests may dial 'Guest Services' on the guest room telephone.
Should I shave and shower before a treatment?
Shaving is recommended but not necessary for men prior to a facial. If you do choose to shave prior to your facial, be sure to do so at least 8 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Shaving is not recommended prior to any body treatments or hair removal services.
What should I wear during my treatment?
We ask that you disrobe completely for your body treatment(s). For your comfort, disposable underwear and a bathrobe are provided. Our therapists are trained to appropriately drape you for privacy.
Swimwear is required if you wish to use the water facilities.
What about my jewelry and valuables?
We advise you to remove all jewelry prior to your arrival at the spa. Lockers are also available within the spa for you to place your personal valuables.
Who can guide me in choosing my treatments?
Our Spa Receptionist will help you plan the perfect spa experience, including the best order in which to enjoy your treatments.

Spa Policies
Is there a minimum age for treatments?
In order to maintain a relaxing environment for all spa guests, guests below 16 years old are not allowed to access our spa facilities. Guests from 16 to 18 years old are allowed to access our spa facilities only when accompanied by an adult.
Can I use the spa facilities as an existing hotel guest?
All hotel guests are welcome to access The Ritz-Carlton Spa and enjoy complimentary usage of our spa facilities such a mineral pools, steam rooms, saunas and lockers.
What is the cancellation policy?
For cancellations or changes in appointments, a minimum 24 hour advanced notice is required in order to avoid being charged in full for any scheduled appointment, program or service not attended.
What if I am late for my appointment?
We encourage you to arrive 30 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. This will allow you to enjoy our water facilities. Please understand that late arrivals will not receive an extension of scheduled treatments.
What about payment for spa services?
The spa treatments and services rates are quoted in Singapore dollars and subject to the service charge and prevailing government taxes. All major credit cards are accepted. Spa services may be charged to your hotel bill. For your convenience, payment is accepted prior to treatments at the time of check-in. Please present discounts, gift vouchers and gift certificates at the time of making your reservation.
What is the spa etiquette?
Our spa environment is one of relaxation and tranquility. Please respect all spa guests’ right to privacy and serenity. Use of mobile phones and cameras are not permitted within the spa. Externally purchased food and beverages cannot be brought in and consumed in the spa.
May I smoke in the spa?
Smoking is not permitted in the spa. We recommend that you refrain from consuming alcohol within eight hours of your treatment.
What is the refund policy?
Products sold are not refundable or exchangeable. We will not be held liable for any loss or damage to personal belongings, or accidents and injuries sustained during your visit.
Is there complimentary parking?
All spa guests are entitled to one complimentary car park coupon at The Ritz-Carlton, Millenia Singapore, for the use on the same day as their spa treatment.

Health Questions
What if I have special health considerations?
Please notify us of any health conditions, allergies or injuries, which could affect your treatment when making your spa reservation. Heat and water facilities are not recommended for pregnant women. Guests who appear to be under the influence of alcohol will be declined access to treatments and the spa facilities.
Depending on the type of treatment(s) you have chosen, you may be asked to fill out a Spa Health or Beauty Questionnaire. Please take the time to answer all questions thoroughly.
What if I am pregnant?
Please inform our Spa Receptionist upon scheduling your treatment. We have treatments suitable for expectant mothers after their first trimester. Alternatively, we can assist with selecting available services for you such as facials.
